Introduction

This Certificate aims to promote in the participant competencies on the cutting-edge knowledge related to basic sciences which, in turn, strengthen the dental clinical work. These considerations are based in the fact that basic sciences have a very important role in the new therapeutic applied in tissue engineering, in nanotechnology and in bio-Robotics and above all in the therapeutic plasma-rich platelets and stem cells.

This diploma allows dentistry professional to understand biological and molecular processes linked to the new approach of the processes of health and disease, in the same way comes to fill a gap in the average academic scientific which update concepts and prepare for a new clinical vision in the resolution of the problems based on the regeneration of tissue and other advanced therapeutic.

For professional dentistry in these times of constant change, it is essential to keep in touch with the latest scientific and technological developments in their area of competence; Hence the need to update in the different proposals for studies that provide generators bodies of knowledge. The diploma in dental basic sciences, by its own nature, gives the possibility to general dentists to systematically meet the scientific advances that allow them to enrich their theoretical corpus and can thus significantly improve decision-making. In addition, both academic and practical activities development promote a process of formation of related competencies with clinical activity.
