Master in Health Sciences – Endodontics

Nowadays, most graduates from undergraduate dentistry programs need postgraduate courses if they want to succeed personally and professionally. With an ever increasing competitiveness field, they require constant updating in their knowledge and skills, especially with the use of new technologies and research in the area of dentistry.

One of the areas of dentistry that has presented great technological changes in recent years is that of Endodontics. Endodontic treatments are of high technical complexity, with an increasing demand, and a high cognitive requirement of the biological component governing the associated therapeutics.

UNICAL, in association with BOGIOL, FUNDAODONTOLOGIA and Universidad de Carabobo in Valencia, Venezuela, is honored to offer this Master in Health Sciences – Endodoncy which is built upon 4 certificate courses which include a research component and a Master Thesis.
These certificates greatly benefit working professionals, for they combine classroom hours and clinical teachings with clinical practices which students develop at their own dental offices, sending pictures, videos and complete reports.

The Research component include Research Methodology, Statistics, and a Master Thesis project which will be reviewed by UNICAL’s Thematic and Methodological experts. Final attainment of the Masters Diploma requires approval of all four certificates plus a successful Thesis defense.
